I grew up in a small village in western Germany. After leaving university with a diploma in geology and living in Vienna for one year, I started a job as a customer service manager in a laboratory. I resigned from my job after 11 years in the company. By that time, I was the position as IT Director responsible for a whole Business Line, building geographically spread teams and implementing IT solutions over the whole of Europe.

I have proven to myself and others that I can make it. I can succeed in a very demanding job, go through different changes in a career, build teams, manage P&Ls and over many years, perform well under pressure.

But I decided that I didn’t want this anymore.
Over the years, I have discovered that one of my highest personal values is freedom. Freedom to decide what I want to do on a daily basis. Where I want to dedicate my time to and whom I want to spend my time with. This is pure luxury to me and something money can't buy.

When I entered leadership positions, I got support from coaches for several years. My coaches taught me valuable lessons about managing teams but also about defining my leadership style and discovering my key values. I noticed the big advantage that I had with this support by my side. As I was responsible for many people, I decided to become a certified business coach myself to help my people grow in a professional way.

In the summer of 2019, I took the next step...
I quit my job and decided to set up my own business and dedicate my full time to working as a business coach and leadership trainer. I am passionate about helping individuals to develop their full potential and seize opportunities in both private and professional life. I like helping teams increase their performance and develop a healthy culture of resilience, where everybody is respected and valued for the contribution that he/she brings to the team.
