The first anniversary of starting my own business!

Today I celebrate the first anniversary of starting my own business as a business coach and leadership trainer.

Over the past few months ...

The past months I worked with different coachees and next Monday I will finish the 3-part series of leadership seminars for young leaders. I will launch my own website at the beginning of September. As I work remotely, Covid19 didn't harm, but boost my business, as people took the opportunity to reflect on their lives.

Was I been scared to do take the next step?

Of course, I was, as it meant to give up the security of a steady income and other amenities as an employee. And they say: "if you work a lot, you earn a lot" is not true when starting your own business. Looking backwards to my life it turned out, that the good decisions are those, where the question of whether the decision is good or bad was not asked at the moment of the decision. I followed an impulse. Many times, the basic need for security was clearly surpassed by the basic need for new experiences. I like to get involved with something new when I see chances pop up. This is many times nothing you can plan. I am happy when I can inspire people to take more advantage of what life already offers to them and open their eyes and minds to not be afraid of change.
