Why do all of the most successful people have coaches, mentors, and advisors?

This picture of me was taken about 5 years ago.

I was working in the same company for 7 years and made a nice career.

Looking at the picture, you can see, that I am smiling, but my eyes are tired and empty. When this picture was taken, I was close to burnout.

I knew I had to change something in my life significantly, but I didn´t know how and I was scared.

All of the most successful people have coaches, mentors and advisors.

All of them hire people to coach, advise, counsel, and mentor them… to make sound decisions, to see around their own blind spots, to teach them higher levels of thinking and skillsets.

This should shout to the rest of us just how important it is to surround ourselves with people who can guide us and lead to higher levels of success and fulfilment than we can do alone.

Ask for guidance.

Ask that the resources be shown to you.

Unstick your stuckness.

Do the work.

Walk the climb.
